Capt. Francis A. Hendry House
The Capt. Francis A. Hendry House in LaBelle, Florida, is a historic residence with significant historical value. Built in 1914, this Frame Vernacular house is located at 512 Fraser Street and holds a special place in local history and is the only surviving building associated with Hendry in the county. Captain Francis A. Hendry: The house was constructed for Capt. Francis A. “Berry” Hendry, who served as a military officer in the Cow Cavalry of the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War.
